Giclée prints
Please handle your prints with extreme care to avoid damage, the surface of a giclée print is very delicate and can be scratched easily. Always handle by the border with clean dry hands, keep covered in acid-free tissue paper until you are ready to frame and don’t use your hands to wipe off dust, instead use a clean dry lint-free cloth.
Shipping
Due to the ongoing pandemic items may take a little longer to be delivered. Items are dispatched once per week every Tuesday with the following shipping methods and times:
UK - 1st class signed for - 2-3 business days
EU - International tracked - 5-7 business days
Rest of World - International tracked - 8-9 business days
I can’t accept responsibility for lost shipments. In the rare event that your order does go missing, get in touch and I will try to assist you.
Customs
Please note that prices do not include VAT for orders outside of the UK and as such your order may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. Customers are responsible for this so please check before ordering!
I won’t be responsible for delays or fees due to customs. If you need help with any of this, send me a message and I will do my best to assist! If you refuse your parcel, any fees that are incurred will be deducted from your refund upon the order being returned.
